Mark took over the business in 2007 when the original owner, Verity Martin, was ready to retire. Verity started Martin Personnel in 1987 and was a pioneer in the field of temporary recruitment; carving out a reputation for providing reliable solutions to complex recruitment requirements. She chose Mark to pick up where she left off knowing that his expertise and personal philosophy of ‘valuing people’ would allow it to continue with the same ethos that had helped establish its success.
